Bib and Shirt Pick Up, Vendor Fair

WHEN:           Friday, October 21st Friday pick-up is highly encouraged to avoid lines on race day!

TIME:               11:00am – 7:00pm

WHERE:           Carmel Life & Learning Center (CLLC), Door # 1 (by the flag)

                             515 E. Main Street, Carmel, IN  46032 (directly across from CHS circle)

  • No pick-up via vehicle from 3:50 – 4:20pm due to CHS dismissal

  • Parking available in the CLLC Lot, at the neighboring church, and at CHS

Alternate Bib & Shirt Pick-up:

WHEN:            Saturday, October 22rd

TIME:               7:45-9:00am

WHERE:           Carmel High School cafeteria (Doors 7 or 9), 520 E. Main St., Carmel, IN   46032

On-Site Registration & Shirt Purchases

Soles4Souls

  • Donate new or gently worn shoes tied with laces or in a bag as a pair. 

Goblin Raffle

  • Check out our Goblin Raffle and bring cash or a debit card to purchase tickets for $5 each or $30 “as long as your arm”!  From fitness packages to birthday parties to patio heaters- there is something for everyone!

Parking, Vendors, Photos

  • Parking:  Click map for parking areas & plan accordingly. E. Main St. will close at 8:40 am

  • Location:  All events take place at the Southwest Corner of Carmel High School, E. Main St. & Richmond Ave.

  • Schools:  Look for someone from your school holding an orange sign to find your classmates and friends

  • Food/Drinks: Indie Coffee Roasters will be selling coffee and the Carmel High School Culinary Arts Team will be selling breakfast items and hot cocoa & hot cider.  Carmel Lions Club is hosting a pancake breakfast until 11 am.

  • Photo Fun: An interactive photo booth will allow everyone to capture their spirit!

  • Professional and student photos will be available post-race via email and on our website.  

Saturday Schedule

  • 7:45-8:45 am     Bib pick-up, new registration (closes 8:45am), photos, bag/coat drop off

  • 7:45-10:15 am      Shoe drop off for Soles4Souls

  • 8:15-8:45 am       Costume Contest at CEF Tent- across from the DJ

  • 8:15-10:15 am       Photo Booth

  • 8:40 am                 Opening Ceremony- Scott Sander, WISH TV & WHJE

  • 8:45 am                 Warm-Up by Carmel Clays Schools Fitness Team

  • 9:00 am                  2K race begins, followed by 5K race (map)  Time begins as you cross start mat.

  • 10:15 am                 Award ceremony- costumes, age categories, Golden Pumpkins, raffle drawing
